The Wedding Shape Bridal Challenge is a 12-week total-body makeover experience based on the proven principles in WeddingShape, by author and fitness expert Joseph Arangio. Participants are encouraged to 1) record their progress with before and after photos; 2) document their inner transformation through a short essay.
