Honeymoon Vacations
Experience the Greatest Honeymoon Vacation
In your opinion what is the most beautiful and economical place to vacation at?
My hubby and I have never been able to afford a honeymoon, and we'd like to go somewhere really beautiful…like an Island…Hawaii, Cancun or the Bahamas?
Hi Pami. You will never get a better holiday than I had in Egypt. 2 weeks, 1 week in 5 star hotels, visiting the sites of historical and constructions surpassing our own 2000 years of architectural brilliance. Then 1 week on a 5 star boat on the river Nile stopping at locations that will eat at your heat, you will see true poverty, modern living and the rich dwellings at first site, It was the most beautiful and romantic holiday I have ever had. Apart from that you can put a tent in the garden and let your imagination run wild. Best wishes where ever you go, Peter

You need to take a Caribbean Cruise, they provide food, lodging and you get to see some wonderful ports. The price is very afordabale also. We have gone on 7 cruises since our honeymoon and will continue to!!!!! Fun, being in the sun and also you have time to enjoy each other. They offer 5 or 7 nights depending on where you are going!!!

Vacationing is never cheap. If you want to go somewhere that hasn't been a tourist spot, perhaps China, Vietnam, Laos or Cambodia. Those country still have a lot to offer. They've been around for thousand of years and because of the war, they never had a chance to show the world what they have to offer. You probably get a lot more for your money if you're interested in history and untouched beauties.
Of you choose a place like Hawaii, Cancun or the Bahamas (which they don't do anything for me) of course you have to pay more because those place are popular for tourists. I don't find Bahamas attractive at all. It's another island just like any other islands through out the world and it's not special.

what about costa rica??? its not expensive, safe, easy to get around, and its different. depends on what you like but out of a vacation though. in costa rica, there are beaches where you can go and be completly alone or with very few people.
there is a village called montezuma on the pacific side which is amazing. you can walk around these beaches that look like they are out of some tropical island. another awsome place is manuel antonio. then there is "puerto viejo" on the carribian side-its amazing and completly different from montezuma. if you are looking for an adventure, cheep hotels, and beautiful beaches, costa rica is the place for you. these places are a little off the beaten path but really unique and not littered with tourists. you can go zippling and in montezuma you can take a hike around these water falls and even swim in them. its not hard. the hotels arn't so great but cheap. around 600 dollars should be enough for a really long time. to get to these places, just go to the bus station in san jose. you can get instruction from the airport. san jose isn't really pretty but an experience. there are some cool clubs and hang out bars in san jose. there is a place call "el pueblo" with a ton of clubs and cool little bars. in montezuma, there is a bar/resturant with dancing. in puerto viejo, there are a ton of places to go eat with some authentic costa rican favorites that are cheap and delicious. (like fresh whole fish over rice and beans)
if you want to be pampered and be surrounded by masssive hotels, nightclubs and a lot of people, then i would recomend cancun. go to isla de las mujeres. it is amazing. you can rent a little golf car and drive around the island, see how locals live( in really small houses) and get amazing views of cancun. also, while you are in cancun, take a shuttle to chitzenitza (mayan ruins). the tour will include lunch in some little village on the way which is really amazing. around 1000 dollars for seven days should be sufficient and you will not get board if you take my suggestions and leave cancun and travel around. also, in cancun, there is plenty of nightlife. its really cool.
hawaii-its cool but i've not personally visited.
the bahamas are great; really beautiful but money flies there like you can't believe it…

If you want to go to a island, I would first suggest Hawaii. I lived on the island of Oahu for many years and it was the best and my favorite place to live. Though there are many tourists on the island, there is so much to do and so much to see. Of course some of the prices will be a little bit higher, not only because alot of tourists but because all of their stuff is shipped to the island, so that's why the prices might be high. I have been to the island oh Hawaii and Maui. There are also other islands. It might be cheaper to stay on another island? The other islands (other than Oahu) have much more natual things to see, tons of waterfalls on Maui, and on the Big Island, You can go to the mountains or go see the volcano (which is still active today, i got to see the lava flowing out when I went). You could stay on one of these islands, and if you wanted, take a day and travel to another island. I'm sure there is boating transportation, I don't remember how long it takes to get from each island by boat, i have traveled by boat before. But I know flights (through Aloha airlines and Hawaiian airlines) are usually about 30 dollars a person. Hawaii really is a beautiful place with so much to offer.
Now I saw the first reply, about the cruise. This would be a great idea also. I went on the Carnival Cruise line about 2 years ago, and I had a blast. We traveled to Calica and Cozumel Mexico. But depending on how many ports and days it is, you will only get one day to visit each port. It is actually very affordable. If you go to cruises.com you can get more information. If you are interested and would want to go to the Carribian or Mexico, or some go to Beliz, I would not suggest taking the Royal Carribian Cruise, I heard it was nice but they often have many difficulties with the ship and I have heard where some do not make it to a port or have to leave a port early. So I strongly suggest the Carnival Cruises.
Good luck find a vacation!!

I would go somewhere away from the hussle and bussle. Somewhere where there is peace and quiet. Maybe in the country, to be with nature.

Beautiful and economical?
I've always liked outdoor adventures, and if you do, too, you can try some of those. It's easier to plan if you go with an organized group that has activities planned.
Club Med in places like Martinique and Guadalupe are great because all your costs are covered, you don't have to worry about going somewhere to eat, and there are loads of sports included. And if you just want to relax, you can do that, too.
Or you can camp in a very beautiful place. Once I joined a horseback trail-riding group in the Canadian Rockies. We camped out in tee-pees at night.
When I went to Hawaii I joined a group the hiked the volcanoes, snorkeled off Lanai, camped in the northern hills of Maui, etc. I experienced a lot more than I would have staying in a hotel.
I hope you go someplace great!
